War Matchups

I've always thought that something seemed odd about people being against anyone with rushed bases. It always seemed like we got tough matchups against clans with rushed bases. I'm adding a new link that explains why a base with rushed townhalls isn't really a bad thing if done right. Basically it's saying that you should prioritize offensive upgrades over defense.
